Robert PattinsonRobert Pattinson says most movie scripts are "s**t."

The Twilight Saga star plays the lead role in David Cronenberg's new movie Cosmopolis, and Robert revealed the script stood out for him because it was so well written in comparison to most others.

"[With Cosmopolis] there was such a specific voice from the very beginning. It's just really well written. Most scripts are really s**t and you're just thinking 'how can I make it better?' but this one, all you had to do was just say it. A really s****y actor could just sit there and say it and make it sound really good."

Robert rose to fame playing vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise and revealed he hopes to use his star power to make smaller movies that wouldn't otherwise get the funding to be made: "When you get some kind of success quite quickly you have to pay for it somehow, pay your dues and stuff. I want to support the whole part of the industry that I like and got me interested in film. With the limited amount of power I have I would love to use it to get indies which never would be made or seen, hopefully seen. And also I just want seem cool!"

Will FerrellWill Ferrell is the "Muhammad Ali of improv."

The comedian stars in Matt Piedmont's Casa de mi Padre, a Spanish language Mexican telenovela, and although the motion picture was a huge challenge for Will, the director says he rose to the occasion beautifully.

"For Will it was surely a Heart of Darkness in that he pulled off something almost impossible that surely caused him night sweats: having to act in a very specific Northern Mexican accent in a language he does not speak. He is the Muhammad Ali of improv and we tied one hand behind his back and threw him to the lions covered in barbeque sauce. For me it was pure joy and a grand psychedelic trip down a crazy rabbit hole, like being strapped to a rocket ship of love made of liquid lightning."

Will stars as the brother who must save his family's ranch from an evil, cigarette-smoking drug lord (Gael Garcia Bernal), and rescue his brother (Diego Luna) from a life of crime and Matt revealed he was delighted his feature film directorial debut was an R rated Spanish language satire.

Ann RutherfordGone With the Wind actress Ann Rutherford has died.

The Canadian star died at her home in Beverly Hills, California, last night aged 94. Ann's close friend and fellow actress, Anne Jeffreys, said she had been in declining health with heart problems.

Ann was best known for playing Scarlett's younger sister, Carreen, in 1939 film Gone With the Wind, and was one of its last surviving cast members. Ann was initially refused the chance to be in Gone With the Wind by MGM boss Louis B Mayer, who called her role a "nothing part," but after she burst into tears and told him what a huge fan of the novel she was, he reconsidered.

"I just wanted to watch the book come to life," she told the Los Angeles Times in 2010.

Speaking at the 70th anniversary of the film in 2009, she said, "That 'nothing part' turned my golden years into platinum."

Ridley ScottRidley Scott "really wants" to make a Prometheus sequel.

The acclaimed filmmaker enjoyed making the sci-fi blockbuster - which stars Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender and Charlize Theron - and wants to work on a follow-up, though he admits he has no idea what he would do to extend the story.

"I really enjoyed it so much, I really want to do the sequel, it's interesting to do a sequel because it leaves the door so open to some huge questions. I don't know how to do it but when we get to it we probably will," he said.

Writer Damon Lindelof recently admitted he and the director had to work hard to leave the movie open to a sequel, but complete enough in case a follow-up wasn't made.

"Ridley was very interested in talking about, 'What are the answers to the questions that Prometheus is posing that are not necessarily definitively spelled out in the body of Prometheus?' I said to him, 'We should be prepared for people to feel frustrated if we're going to be withholding, so we have to be very careful about what we're saving for later,' because it's not a foregone conclusion that there are going to be sequels," Lindelof said.

Justin BieberJustin Bieber wants to become an action movie star.

The "Boyfriend" singer wants to branch out of singing and into the world of cinema, and is hoping to get a break in the next twelve months. "By this time next year I'd like to win a Grammy, maybe that will happen and I'd like to do some movies, stuff like that. I actually want to do some comedy movies, as well as some action, some stuff that is going to be challenging," he told the UK's Capital FM Radio show.

When asked whether he had the right martial arts moves to cut it as an action star, the Canadian singer joked, "I actually have a black belt... It's a black Louis Vuitton belt."

Justin - who is dating singer and actress Selena Gomez - also told how he had recently lost his expensive Rolex watch, which was given to him as a present from someone, although he wouldn't say whom.

Last week's number one film, Snow White and the Huntsman fell to number three with $23 million while Men in Black III and The Avengers took in $13.8 million and $11.2 million, respectively.

Damon LindelofBrad Pitt's World War Z is set to undergo a script rewrite and extensive reshoots even though filming has ended.

The actor - who is also one of the producers - shot the post-apocalyptic horror film in various locations around Europe last year but Prometheus screenwriter Damon Lindelof has been brought on board to fix some problems with the first cut. Lindelof is thought to be concentrating on the film's third act which reportedly needs serious restructuring.

The December 2012 release date has been pushed back to summer 2013 to allow for six to seven weeks of reshoots in September and October.

The movie is based on the 2006 novel by Max Brooks and also stars Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale, and Anthony Mackie. Marc Forster has directed the film.

The reshoots will be a blow to the studio Paramount, who had hoped to turn it into a trilogy.
